Aluminum framework created from custom-produced 2.5mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum. The special design with bent edges helps to ensure that different areas of the framework have the correct flex - either rigid or soft - to decrease the CG. The precision milling permits the framework to be rigid sufficient to perform properly without risk of bending. Brand new positions for servo to achieve best Ackermann position CNC-machined from top-quality 2.5mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, the framework is lightweight without affecting power or rigidity, and is in addition black colored coated at XRAY's own in-house fully-robotic layer line. Weight distribution, framework width & length, and appropriate flex have all been incorporated into the design for the framework.
