1. What is the order processing time frame?
Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 AM (Hong Kong Time: GMT +8). Any order placed after our cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Typically, orders are shipped within 2-5 business days and delivered within 7-14 business days by Registered Air Mail, or 3-7 business days by SpeedPost/FedEx.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the postal service and actual times may vary due to factors such as customs inspections or weather conditions.
2. How much does postage cost?
Postage charges depend on the:
  1. Total weight of your order items
  2. Shipping method
  3. Destination country
Our system calculates the shipping cost, which you can check at any time from the shopping cart.
3. Which countries do you ship to?
We serve customers worldwide! There are no boundaries to where we can ship orders. We provide various shipping methods to meet your needs!
4. Do you keep all products listed on your website in stock?
We maintain a wide variety of models in stock, but it is not feasible to hold every item listed on the site. We work closely with numerous suppliers who can usually supply anything we do not have in stock within a short time frame.
5. I visited your store recently, and the prices were not the same as on your site. Why?
Prices may vary due to the currency exchange rate or the average cost from different suppliers. If you have already placed the order, we will maintain the price unless there is a significant currency fluctuation.
6. How do I pay if I don't have a credit card?
If you do not have a credit card or prefer not to use one online, no problem; we offer many other payment methods, including:
  1. Western Union Payment
  2. Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer Payment
  3. Local Bank Deposit in selected area and countries (Australia and Hong Kong only)

7. Can I change recently placed orders?
If you have recently placed an order and wish to make changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible depending on the time elapsed. An order may not be able to be changed or canceled once it has entered our shipping process.
8. What should I do if I find missing item(s) when the parcel arrives?
If you discover that there are missing items when the parcel arrives, please email us immediately. We will investigate and check our records. If we find that a mistake or an accident occurred, we will resend the items for you. However, if we determine that a customer is repeatedly dishonest, we may consider terminating business with them.
9. How do I know if my parcel has been shipped?
We update the item status and notify customers after we ship out the items. You can check your order status on the "Order Mail Tracking" page by entering the tracking number of the parcel. Alternatively, you can track the package through the official tracking system of the respective post office or express courier.
10. Can I request a refund?
If we are unable to ship the product or if items are out-of-stock, you can request us to resend the item when it is restocked or issue a refund to you. For cancellations made at your request under any condition, we will charge a 5% cancellation fee. We are not responsible if you damage the item yourself and will not provide a refund under these conditions.
11. How does the store voucher work?
If we cannot provide the item(s) you ordered and you cannot decide on a replacement item yet, we can issue a store voucher. For any remaining credits in your order, we will issue a voucher code and send it to you in a separate email. Each voucher is valid for one year (extendable) but is non-refundable.
12. Are import duties, taxes, or VAT included in the listed prices?
No. Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and VAT. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Please consult your local customs office for details on estimated costs. Additionally, customs duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable; if you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees,
  1. the cost of the original shipping
  2. a 10% cancellation fee
  3. any return shipping charges
will not be refunded.
13. Will you mark my package as a gift to avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?
We can mark retail orders as gifts, but this is not recommended for wholesale orders. Additionally, we can mark down the value of the package. Please indicate your request in the comments during the checkout process.
14. Store Pickup Condition
Local customers can pick up their ordered items from our store to avoid paying postage. Order processing may take up to 2-5 business days for preparation, and customers will receive an email when items are ready for pickup. If an order is not picked up within 14 business days after we send our notification, it will be considered a cancellation and a 10% service fee of the total order amount will be charged.
