Cero Knuckle Ver.2 Overview

The 3Racing SAK-C141/V2 Cero Knuckle Ver.2 is an RC-scale steering knuckle designed as a direct replacement for Cero-series setups. It focuses on steering pivot control and front suspension behavior without altering drivetrain or motor interfaces.

Functionally, the knuckle locates the wheel hub and defines steering axis and scrub radius; this Ver.2 revision adjusts pivot geometry to give a more predictable steering response during corner entry and weight transfer. The part is intended for 1/10 scale electric touring and pan car platforms that use the Cero knuckle format.

Installation requires standard wheel hub and steering linkage removal, replacing the stock knuckle with the Ver.2 unit and reattaching hub, bearings, and tie rods. Pay attention to steering link length and toe settings after fitment, and verify wheel bearing alignment before final tightening to avoid binding.

For setup and tuning the knuckle affects camber change through suspension travel and the steering feel under load, so adjust roll center and anti-squat via shock position and swaybar settings rather than altering the knuckle geometry itself.
