This Arrowmax silicone diff fluid is an RC-scale accessory intended to alter differential behavior by changing internal damping. The 59ml bottle offers a concentrated supply of high-viscosity fluid that is used inside gear-type and ball-based differentials to influence how torque transfers between wheels.
In practice the 200.000cst viscosity increases the fluid coupling effect inside the diff, slowing relative motion between side gears and affecting traction and rotation bias. Model tuners use heavier diff fluids to stabilise throttle bite and mid-corner rotation, or to reduce inside-wheel spin during acceleration on low-grip surfaces.
Installation is a routine maintenance and tuning task on RC cars: drain the old fluid from the diff housing, inspect internal gears and bearings, then introduce the new silicone oil through the fill or pinion opening following the chassis maker's service steps. Operate the diff through its range after filling to eliminate air pockets and confirm consistent damping.
Because viscosity directly changes handling balance, swap one axle at a time when testing so you can evaluate front-to-rear differences, and keep a log of viscosities tried and observed effects. Store the bottle upright and cap it after use to keep the fluid free of dirt and evaporation.
