This GPM AR100S ball differential is an RC-scale replacement designed for the Associated RC18T platform and compatible Latrax models. It uses a combination of steel and aluminium components to support differential torque control in small-scale drivetrains without implying any real vehicle application.

The assembly includes precision ball elements and supporting thrust washers to deliver predictable differential action. A Delrin pulley and aluminium output cups are used where the original design calls for low friction and lightweight rotating parts, while ball bearings are used on key rotating interfaces to reduce drag.

Adjustment is achieved via the central screw: tightening increases preload and resists differential action, loosening reduces preload for freer differential behavior. This allows straightforward on-vehicle tuning to match grip and handling preferences during RC track or hobby use.
