49mm front & rear damper for AX24 XC-1

This is an RC-scale front and rear damper set manufactured for the AXIAL AX24 XC-1 platform, fabricated from Aluminum 6061-T6 and sized at 49mm for standard AX24 suspension mounts. The dampers are intended to reduce friction and absorb impacts during low-speed rock crawling, helping the model maintain balance over rough terrain.

The unit is adjustable: spring preload and effective stiffness are changed via the top spring retainer, allowing tuning for different track conditions or payloads. The black spring fitted to the shocks shares the original wire diameter, and a set of 0.35mm silver replacement springs is included for finer hardness adjustments.

Parts supplied include cap head screws for mounting and the necessary springs to swap between stock and replacement rates. These dampers are suitable for installation in either the front or rear damper locations of the AX24 XC-1 chassis; confirm fitment to the shock mounts before final assembly.

Use these 49mm aluminum dampers to fine-tune axle articulation and spring rate on a 1/24 AX24 XC-1 crawler, swapping springs and adjusting the top retainer to match driving preference and terrain.
