Installation is straightforward for experienced hobbyists: remove the stock plastic mount, fit the alloy mount to the same mounting bosses, and secure with the original hardware where applicable. Verify shock shaft alignment and travel after installation to avoid binding. Minor trimming of bodywork or repositioning of nearby wiring may be required depending on your setup.

Tuning notes: using the various hole positions changes shock mounting angle and effective spring rate, which affects articulation and body roll. Use the higher holes for more droop and lower holes for a firmer stance. Check screw torque after the first run and periodically during use to maintain secure mounting.
