Alloy front C-hub for SCX10 Honcho

This is an aftermarket alloy front C-hub designed for the Axial Racing SCX10 Honcho chassis, produced by GPM as model SCX019. It is supplied as a direct replacement part intended to take the place of the stock front C-hub and integrate with the vehicle's front steering components without altering the chassis layout.

Material and role: the unit is cast/machined in metal as an alloy C-hub, intended to provide a stiffer mounting interface for the front steering knuckle compared with typical plastic originals, and to offer a durable wear surface where the axle and kingpin contact the hub body.

Installation notes: remove the wheel and steering knuckle, transfer existing kingpin and mounting hardware where applicable, and check fit with your stock steering knuckles and axle shafts. Use the correct hex driver for the hub and steering hardware, avoid over-torquing fasteners, and verify steering range and clearance after installation. Apply thread locker only where you normally use it on vintage or aftermarket metal-to-metal fasteners.

Tuning guidance: swapping to an alloy front C-hub can change front-end stiffness and feedback; after installation, recheck toe, caster, and steering linkage geometry. If needed, use shims or adjust link lengths to restore intended steering response. Regular inspection of contact surfaces and fastener tightness is recommended for trail and crawler use.
