This aluminium wheel hex adapter set is an RC-scale accessory designed to widen wheel track on AXIAL RR10 Bomber models. The pair provides a total hex width of 29mm to increase lateral spacing between wheels, which helps stabilize the chassis on steep or uneven crawling lines.

Compatibility is determined by hub and shaft dimensions: the hex adapters accept wheels with a 5mm hub hole and are intended to be used with 4mm threaded wheel shafts. Confirm both the wheel hub diameter and the wheel shaft thread size on your model before fitting to ensure a proper match.

Mechanical retention uses multiple components to keep the hex seated under high traction: one side accepts an O-ring, while the opposite side secures with a spring steel ring, a spring with washers, and a stainless steel screw, with a Delrin collar inserted to lock the hex in position and prevent the wheel from slipping on the adapter during crawling.

Install note: check alignment with the wheel and shaft, verify the 5mm wheel hole and 4mm thread compatibility, and tighten the supplied fasteners until the hex is secure but not over-stressed. Small adjustments to wheel offset can affect steering and clearance, so test on the track after installation.
