Front and rear gearbox protector mount

This RC-scale accessory is a stainless steel front and rear gearbox bottom protector mount designed for the AXIAL SCX10 II UMG10 platform and intended to work with AXI90075. The parts occupy the underside of the gearbox to block direct contact with sand, small rocks and moisture that can accelerate wear or introduce contaminants into the gearbox internals.

Construction and role: made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the mounts act as a sacrificial shield for the gearbox base, reducing impact and abrasion on the gearbox housing during trail and scale driving. For tuning and maintenance, a protected gearbox helps keep bearings and gears cleaner, which supports smoother operation and reduces the frequency of internal service.

Fit and installation: the set is shaped to sit closely against the gearbox bottom and secures with supplied stainless steel cap head screws, providing a straightforward bolt-on fit for the specified chassis combination. Check screw seating and contact points during installation to ensure the protector does not interfere with suspension travel or drivetrain components.
