This is an RC-scale replacement center gear box mount skid plate machined from solid brass, intended for use on AXIAL SCX30 platform models. The part is supplied as a single 18g brass billet designed to replace the factory unit AXI-3311 and to be mounted at the vehicle center where the gearbox attaches. It is not for full-size vehicles and is only intended for 1/30 scale crawlers.

On the model level the part's primary functional role is to add concentrated mass at the chassis centerline, which can improve front/rear traction balance and low-speed climb stability on technical rock courses. The included hardware set covers common thread sizes used on SCX30 assemblies and allows direct swap-in with the original mounting locations.

Installation notes: remove the stock center mount, fit the brass plate to the same screw bosses, and use the supplied round head screws. Use a correctly sized hex driver and hand-tighten to seat, then final snugging is advised to avoid stripping small threads. Verify clearance to suspension and driveline before full operation.
