Aluminium front bumper overview

This is an RC-scale aluminium front bumper designed for the AXIAL SCX6 platform, intended for the 1/6 4WD SCX6 JEEP JLU WRANGLER. The assembly uses 6061 T6 aluminium with an anodized finish to resist corrosion and wear while keeping a lightweight profile suitable for scale crawling and trail running. The kit includes two D-rings and a dedicated holder for 5mm LEDs on each side, and supplies stainless steel screws and shims for mounting. Functionally the bumper provides a reinforced contact surface to reduce transmitted impact forces to the chassis during vehicle-to-object contacts, and it offers a scale-compatible mounting point for lighting and recovery points.

Installation notes: the bumper mounts to the vehicle's front bumper area using the supplied fasteners. Verify alignment and thread engagement when installing stainless screws and use the provided shims where indicated to ensure flush fit and correct LED holder positioning.
