This RC-scale aluminium motor plate is an aftermarket replacement part produced for Axial chassis, finished and sold under GPM MJ018. It is intended as a direct mounting surface for the motor on compatible Axial platforms and is supplied as a single unit.
The design targets model compatibility and thermal behaviour rather than altering drivetrain geometry. When fitted in place of the standard plate the assembly can provide a consistent mounting interface, and the part is described to support improved heat-fan reaction around the motor area during operation.
Installation requires basic chassis disassembly to access the motor mount area and reuse of existing fasteners where applicable, the plate aligns to standard mounting points used on the listed Axial platforms.
