Type-G servo horn overview

This Futaba FUSHORN-G set provides four Type-G large-circle servo horns designed for use with D6mm servo output interfaces, supplied without screws. The parts serve as direct replacement or spare linkage points for hobby-grade servos where a Type-G horn shape is specified.

Installation is straightforward on compatible servo splines: align the horn over the servo output, ensure the large-circle opening engages the output correctly, then secure using the original manufacturer screw or an appropriate fastener not provided with this kit. Confirm spline alignment and horn orientation before final tightening to avoid binding during travel.

In setup and tuning, these horns act as a mechanical interface that affects throw and leverage; using a larger-diameter mounting pattern can give slightly different linkage geometry compared with smaller horns.
