Front & Rear Shock Cover for RC

This is an RC-scale front and rear shock cover set sold as 2prs designed to protect shock bodies from grit, mud and impact abrasion during normal hobby use. The covers mount over the shock assembly to shield exposed shock shafts and seals while preserving access for routine maintenance and tuning. The part is intended only for model use.

Installation is straightforward: slide the cover over the shock body while the spring is compressed or removed as required by your shock type, then reassemble the spring and retainer. Check clearance against your shock shafts and spring travel before running, and avoid forcing covers onto incompatible or oversized shock units.

Functionally these covers act as a protective layer rather than a tuning element; they help keep contaminants out of the shock internals and can reduce service frequency, but they do not change spring rates or damping characteristics. Inspect covers regularly for wear and replace if they develop cracks that could interfere with suspension travel.
