Front alloy shock tower for Baja

This is an RC-scale front shock tower intended for HPI Baja series vehicles, supplied as an aftermarket replacement part by GPM under model BJ028. The part is machined from aluminum alloy to provide a stiffer mounting point for the front shock absorbers compared with typical stock plastic towers.

Functionally, the tower locates the top of the front shocks and affects suspension geometry and preload response. As an upgrade component it gives a firmer mounting surface that can reduce flex at the shock tops, helping to keep damper angles consistent during heavy compressions and rebounds on rough off‑road surfaces.

Installation is straightforward on compatible HPI Baja chassis that use the same shock mounting pattern, the tower replaces the factory front shock tower and uses the existing mounting points and hardware in most cases. Verify hole alignment and thread engagement before final tightening and check clearances to steering components after installation.
