Aluminium front/rear tie rod set for SAVAGE XL FLUX

This is an RC-scale steering and support link set made for the HPI Racing SAVAGE XL FLUX platform, provided by GPM as SAVF1049. The parts replace the stock plastic linkages with aluminium components intended to reduce flex in the steering geometry and provide a firmer mounting point for tuning play and handling balance.

Built as a two-piece set, the links serve both the front steering assemblies and rear support points where the factory configuration uses similar ball-end connections. Material choice and machining aim to keep a direct mechanical connection without changing overall geometry, so installation focuses on swap-in fit and secure fastenings rather than chassis modification.

Hardware included with the set supports direct mounting: 3x18 stainless steel button head screw - 4 pcs, 3x20 stainless steel button head screw - 4 pcs, 3x6x2 aluminium collars - 4 pcs, 3x6x3 aluminium collars - 4 pcs, 3mm lock nut - 4 pcs. Use thread lock where appropriate for metal-to-metal joints and check clearances after installation to avoid binding in suspension travel.
