The HUDY Star-Box is a specialist starter package made for 1/8 off-road cars and truggies; the greatest star among all beginner containers available! The planet's cheapest, ultra-compact beginner box with lightweight design has bracket plate articles to match many 1/8 off road automobiles and truggies.
The Star-Box is designated for either standard NiMH and LiPo 2S batteries. Featuring its ultra-cool trendy design, the Star-Box comes fully assembled and prepared to use. The premium quality, long-life drive gear system runs down a powerful 775-type engine (with fan) which will be powered by two standard-size 7.2V battery pack stick packs or LiPo 2S packages (perhaps not included).
The CNC-machined aluminum housing and top dish have actually a top-quality black layer for extra durability. Countersunk housing screws are recessed with the outer lining to get rid of undesired protrusions. An integrated switch for comfortable on/off switching is mounted on a premium-quality wiring harness with extra-thick cables and quick-change fast-on connector; no soldering required.
The quick-change beginner wheel system was made to allow for fast & easy replacement of the starter wheel; only 3 screws! An integrated composite handle with ergonomic straight back cover permits comfortable carrying. Greater synthetic legs are included to configure the Star-Box to be used with taller truggies. The beginner wheel is attached to both right or left side.
