1/10 Off-road rear tyre overview

This is an RC-scale rear tire intended for 1/10 off-road use, supplied as a pair (2 pcs). It is designed to work with both 2WD and 4WD 1/10 buggies as a replacement or spare, and its soft compound targets improved traction on loose or low-grip surfaces.

Fitment and installation are straightforward for typical 1/10 wheel hex setups: ensure the tire seating is clean, mount on the correct wheel diameter, and check for even bead seating before balancing. Use the original wheel hex and keep wheel nut torque within your chassis manufacturer's recommendation to avoid slipping or deformation.

Tuning role: a soft rear tyre increases mechanical grip and can improve corner exit traction, but may reduce longevity and increase rolling resistance. Consider pairing these rear tyres with firmer front tyres to balance steering response, or adjust rear suspension damping and toe settings to compensate for the softer compound characteristics.

Notes on handling and maintenance: inspect for wear after each run on abrasive tracks, rotate tyres between runs if you track degradation, and keep glue joints and inner foam inserts (if used) secure to maintain predictable behaviour.
