1/10 Off-road front tire, soft compound

This is an RC-scale 1/10 off-road front tire intended for 2WD buggies running on astro turf and other low-traction surfaces. The pre-glued construction reduces preparation time and simplifies wheel mounting, while the 101A soft compound increases front-end bite to help the chassis turn into corners with more confidence.

For setup and tuning, this tire is intended to shift steering balance toward the front end. That role is useful when a car understeers on entry or when you need earlier turn-in on low-grip surfaces. Use standard wheel hexes and a torque-limited driver when fitting the pre-glued tire to avoid damaging the foam insert or bead.

Yes, the tires come pre-glued to compatible 1/10 off-road wheels to save installation time.
101A-Soft indicates a softer rubber compound aimed at increasing grip and front-end bite on low-traction surfaces.
They are optimized for astro turf and low-traction surfaces; on high-traction carpet you may experience excess steering and should test harder compounds instead.
Ensure rims are clean, press the tire evenly onto the bead, and use a torque-limited driver for hex screws to avoid deforming the insert.
