Rorke's Drift were a British garrison positioned between the colony of Natal therefore the Zulu Kingdom. Within location the famous battle between 140 British and colonial troops and much more than 4,000 Zulu warriors, led by Prince Dabulamanzi, occurred on 22nd and 23rd January 1879 throughout the Anglo-Zulu War. Substantially Rorke’s Drift had been a British outpost created by several buildings, including a hospital and a supply depot, that the Uk troops fortified with a defensive perimeters made out of every sort of materials including furniture and materials.
