Installation is simple but needs attention: confirm the motor shaft diameter and set correct mesh with the spur gear to avoid premature tooth wear. Check axial alignment and minimize runout on the motor shaft, tighten mounting hardware to secure the pinion without deforming the motor shaft, and spin the drivetrain by hand before powering up the electronics.
