Carbon under chassis for Fazer D2

This RC-scale carbon under chassis is a direct optional part for the Fazer D2 chassis, specified as a 2.2mm carbon plate (FZD2). It is intended to be fitted beneath the original chassis to alter chassis flex characteristics, improving rigidity and steering response while supporting better traction during on-road drift and handling work.

Compatibility is limited to the Fazer D2 chassis platform; it mounts to the chassis using the existing attachment points and is designed to work alongside standard on-road components such as servos, ESC and motor without changing basic layout. No additional hardware or modifications are assumed beyond standard mounting locations.

In tuning terms, adding this under chassis is a chassis-stiffening option: riders use it to reduce unwanted flex, sharpen transient response, and stabilise traction through corner transitions. Expect changes in turn-in and mid-corner behaviour that should be balanced with shock settings, roll centres and tyre choice when refining handling for drift setups.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This part is specified for the Fazer D2 chassis only; compatibility with other Fazer variants is not guaranteed.
It is designed to use the chassis' existing mounting points; major cutting or permanent modification is not expected but confirm fit before final assembly.
The added stiffness tends to improve steering response and traction consistency, but may require suspension and tyre adjustments to maintain balance.
It is suitable as a tuning option for on-road drift-focused setups where increased chassis rigidity and consistent traction are desired.
