This is a micro-scale middle-shape rubber tire supplied as a pair, designed for use on the Hyper 7, MP7.5, MP9 and RC8 platforms. The middle profile and included insert focus contact patch and sidewall behaviour so you can dial traction and steering balance without changing wheel geometry.

Installation is straightforward for common on-road wheels: mount the insert before seating the tire on the rim, ensure the bead sits evenly, and check for any excess glue on the tread. Small trimming or balancing may be needed to eliminate vibration after fitting; use standard wheel adhesives and let them cure fully before testing.

In tuning terms this tire is a tool to refine mid-corner grip and transient response. Swapping to a middle-shaped micro tire affects how the chassis transfers load through the suspension and tires, so adjust damping and toe settings incrementally and test laps between changes to evaluate effects.
