Chassis brace for MP10

The Kyosho IF618B Chassis Brace Set is an RC-scale reinforcement part made to work with the MP10 chassis platform. It provides targeted stiffening across the central rail and allows drivers to adjust chassis flex behavior without changing major suspension parts.

Compatibility is limited to the MP10 chassis family, so confirm fitment against your MP10 or MP10T layout before installation. The brace mounts to the chassis using the original attachment points; no chassis drilling is required when fitted to standard MP10 configurations.

Installation is straightforward: remove the body shell and existing top plate if fitted, align the brace to the factory holes, then fasten using the chassis hardware retained from the stock setup. Tighten incrementally and check drivetrain and suspension clearance after the first run. Routine inspection for loose fasteners is recommended after initial track sessions.

From a tuning perspective, the brace is a tuning tool rather than a standalone performance part — adding the brace reduces chassis twist and shifts how the car reacts to weight transfer. Use the brace when seeking more predictable turn-in and rear traction on high-grip surfaces, or remove it to recover more steering and compliance on low-grip layouts.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The brace is designed for the MP10 chassis family; verify your chassis layout matches MP10 mounting points before fitting.
No chassis cutting is expected for standard MP10 setups, the brace uses existing factory mounting points.
It increases chassis stiffness, which tends to stabilise turn-in and rear traction on higher grip surfaces while reducing compliance.
Check fastener torque after the first run and inspect clearance around the drivetrain and suspension regularly.
