Shipping Terms

Your order may be shipped by Hong Kong Post Registered Air Mail, Speedpost (EMS), FedEx Express, SF-Express pay-on-delivery, store pickup, or other available delivery services. During checkout, you can select from the available shipping methods for your order. The relevant shipping charges will be calculated based on your delivery country, region, parcel size, and selected shipping method, and will be displayed on the checkout page instantly.

- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days to major countries.

- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days to major countries and regions.
- Tracking: Includes online tracking. Check status

SF-Express Pay-on-Delivery
- Availability: Available for selected areas where SF-Express service is supported.
- Shipping Fee: Shipping charges are paid directly to SF-Express upon delivery.
- Tracking: Includes online tracking. Check status

Store Pickup
- Pickup Fee: Free of charge.
- Collection: Customers selecting store pickup will be notified when the order is ready for collection.

Unsuccessful Delivery
Refunds are not automatically issued for parcels that are damaged, lost, returned, refused, unclaimed, or otherwise unsuccessfully delivered. Customers are encouraged to purchase parcel insurance at the time of order to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Any refund, replacement, or credit related to an unsuccessful delivery is granted solely at the discretion of Company Management after reviewing the circumstances of the case.
