Center differential gear case for LAZER ZX7.5

This is an RC-scale center differential gear case set designed specifically for the LAZER ZX7.5 chassis. The assembly replaces the center diff housing, supporting the internal gears and helping maintain correct gear mesh and alignment within the drivetrain.

Intended use and role: the gear case holds the center differential components, locates bearings and shafts, and provides the mounting points that control preload and alignment. Swapping the case is a common maintenance and repair task after crashes or when preparing the car for different tuning setups.

Installation notes: verify fit with the existing center diff and mating gearbox halves before final assembly, clean mating surfaces and bearings, and recheck gear mesh and backlash after installation. Minor shaving or adjustment of adjacent parts is not recommended unless following manufacturer guidance for the LAZER ZX7.5.

Tuning considerations: replacing the case can affect the centre diff’s alignment and the ability to set diff oil and preload. After fitting, confirm differential rotation is smooth and that there is no unwanted binding under drive torque before track use.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The product is specified for LAZER ZX7.5 compatibility, confirm chassis code on your model before purchase.
Inspect existing bearings for play; replace worn bearings to ensure proper fit and smooth diff operation after installing the new case.
The case itself affects alignment and mount points, so recheck diff oil, preload, and backlash as part of post-install setup.
Basic RC hand tools and a clean workspace are sufficient; use the correct hex drivers and torque carefully on fasteners.
