Mini-Z AWD coil springs for tuning

This is a set of RC-scale coil springs produced for Kyosho Mini-Z AWD use, supplied by GPM under part MZA0345SP. The set provides three wire diameters—0.3mm, 0.4mm and 0.5mm—each with a 5.2mm free length, intended for front and rear suspension tuning on Mini‑Z AWD MR-03 platforms. The package contains three pairs to allow quick swaps and basic setup comparisons on track or during practice sessions.

The springs are intended to change suspension stiffness by replacing stock front or rear springs on MR-03 AWD shock assemblies. Use thinner wire diameters for softer response and thicker diameters for firmer behaviour, and keep the same free length to maintain ride height. When fitting, check spring seating and preload on the shock retainer, and verify symmetry between left and right sides to avoid unwanted handling bias.

Tuning notes: try one pair at a time to evaluate handling changes, combine different diameters front-to-rear to adjust understeer/oversteer balance, and record each change so you can return to a baseline setup. These springs are an RC accessory only and designed for model-scale suspension adjustments.

The set includes three pairs of coil springs in wire diameters 0.3mm, 0.4mm and 0.5mm, each with a 5.2mm free length for front or rear use.
They are produced for Kyosho Mini-Z AWD applications, specifically compatible with MR-03 AWD shock assemblies.
Ensure springs seat properly on the shock retainer, match left and right pairs, and adjust preload carefully while noting handling changes after each swap.
