This aluminium servo arm is an RC-scale replacement part tailored to Kyosho motorcycle models that use the 23T (C9) spline interface. Machined from aluminium for improved rigidity compared with standard plastic horns, it provides a firmer mounting point between the servo output and the control linkage on scale motorcycles.

Fitment is determined by the 23T (C9) spline pattern, so confirm your servo uses that spline before installation. Installation is straightforward: remove the stock servo horn, align the 23T spline to the servo output, secure with the servo retaining screw, and connect the linkage. Use the original servo hardware and apply moderate torque to avoid stripping the spline.

In tuning terms, an aluminium arm reduces flex under load which helps maintain consistent steering and throttle inputs on scale motos. It is useful where tighter control feel and repeatable linkage geometry are required, for example when dialing in steering centering or throttle return characteristics on the model.
