Mini-Z MR-04 roll damper

This Kyosho MZW715 roll damper set is an RC-scale replacement hop-up designed for Mini-Z MR-04 platforms, specified for MR-04/MZW714-LM/MM compatibility. It focuses on roll behaviour control to help drivers refine chassis balance without altering core suspension geometry.

Compatibility is limited to the listed Mini-Z MR-04 variants, use only with MR-04 based chassis. The set serves as a tuning element that alters roll response during cornering, allowing finer adjustment of body roll speed and transient stability for track use.

Installation overview: remove the existing rear roll components from the MR-04 rear assembly, replace with the MZW715 parts following the chassis’ standard disassembly procedure, and verify clearance and screw torque. No bodywork changes are required, and standard RC hand tools (hex driver, small pliers) are sufficient for fitting.

Tuning role: use the MZW715 to moderate how quickly the car rolls into and out of a corner. Start with conservative settings, test with short runs, and adjust progressively to find the balance between mid-corner grip and corner-exit traction. Combine roll-damper adjustments with tyre choice and ride height changes for predictable results.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The MZW715 is compatible with MR-04 and MZW714-LM/MM chassis as stated, use only on those Mini-Z variants.
Installation requires standard RC tools such as a hex driver and small pliers, no specialised equipment is necessary.
Make incremental changes and test on short runs, adjusting to achieve the desired trade-off between mid-corner stability and corner-exit grip.
