HD Drive Washer for Tomahawk and Scorpion

This Kyosho SCW034 HD drive washer is an RC-scale spare designed to control drivetrain spacing on the Tomahawk 85 WC and fit Scorpion Series drivetrains where the same washer profile is used. The pack contains two pcs which gives you matched spacing for both sides of a drive assembly or a spare for maintenance.

As a heavy-duty (HD) washer, it is intended to provide stable lateral clearance between hub, spur/pinion interfaces or gearbox faces without altering gear mesh. Use it when a small, consistent shim is needed to remove binding or to fine-tune drivetrain alignment on 1/8 and similar scale RC cars that share the Tomahawk/Scorpion layout.

Installation is straightforward: remove the affected hub or gear stack, place the washer on the shaft at the required position, verify free rotation across suspension travel, and reassemble. Check for contact with bearings and ensure the washer does not push bearings out of preload. Keep measurements consistent when replacing both sides to preserve handling balance.
