This Kyosho SCW040 adjust shock set is a pair of ride‑height adjustable shocks supplied in red, intended as an RC-scale spare for the Tomahawk 85WC. The units use a dial‑type mechanism that provides stepless (infinitely variable) adjustment of ride height, allowing precise position changes without discrete index steps.

Installation on the Tomahawk 85WC follows standard shock-replacement procedures for 1/10-scale models: remove the original shocks, fit the lower and upper mounts to the chassis and suspension arms, and secure with the factory fasteners. The set includes 2 pcs, designed to match the geometry of the Tomahawk 85WC shock points.

When combined with SCW038 or SCW039 these shocks can be fitted as an option onto compatible Scorpion-series chassis, using the matching mounting adaptors or parts noted for that conversion. Use the dial to fine-tune static ride height and then re-check suspension travel and wheel clearance before running.
