The GSI-GT87A angular blade is a dedicated replacement cutting edge designed for use with the GT84 MR.CARVING Knife, supplied by Mr.Hobby. This accessory is intended for scale RC model work and small-part detailing where a controlled angled cut is useful.

Compatibility is limited to the GT84 MR.CARVING Knife mounting and retention method, the blade functions as the cutting element only. Installation is a straightforward blade swap on the GT84 holder, taking care to follow the MR.CARVING Knife blade clamp procedure and to use appropriate safety handling when changing blades.

On the workbench the angular profile helps when trimming decals, cleaning mould lines, shaping putty or styrene, and preparing edges before painting. Use light, controlled passes and check blade seating before applying higher force to avoid chatter on thin parts.
