S-2205 Outrunner Motor Shaft Kit

This replacement shaft is a direct-fit spare for S-2205 series outrunner motors sold under the Scorpion product line. It addresses worn or damaged shafts that cause excessive runout or poor pinion engagement, restoring straightness and basic mechanical alignment inside the motor assembly.

Intended role: use this 3mm shaft when servicing brushless motors as part of routine maintenance or after bearing and pinion gear work. Replacing a worn shaft can reduce vibration and improve repeatability during tuning, though final performance depends on correct bearing fit and gear mesh.

Installation notes: disassemble the motor can and rotor carefully, retain any shims and orientation markings, slide the rotor off the old shaft, fit the replacement shaft and reassemble in the original order.
