Tamiya YZR-M1 Valencia 1/12 assembly model

This is a 1/12 scale assembly model reproducing the Yamaha YZR-M1 Valencia edition, presented as a detailed static motorcycle kit that captures the 2005 race bike configuration and livery.

The YZR-M1 is Yamaha's factory racing prototype from the early 2000s, developed for top-level road racing competition. The 2005 specification introduced revisions to the engine, chassis balance and suspension that contributed to strong championship results that season. The Valencia appearance used a white and red block-pattern livery recalling Yamaha works colors and was applied for the final round of the year.

The kit includes newly tooled parts to represent the 2005 YZR-M1 layout, including a faithful representation of the in-line four cylinder engine, main frame and rear shock unit. Cowling and seat panels are designed so they can be removed after assembly to expose internal mechanics. Realistic synthetic rubber tires carry Michelin logos, and high-quality Cartograf decals reproduce the red and white Valencia markings used on bike No.5 ridden by Colin Edwards.
