This is a 1/12 scale assembly kit that reproduces the Yamaha YZR-M1 Valencia Edition No.46 as a detailed static display model and is positioned for builders focused on accuracy and display finish.
The Yamaha YZR-M1 is a four-stroke racing motorcycle developed to improve power delivery and handling in the early 2000s. The model lineage adopted a 990cc inline-four layout, a lower fuel tank and a rear shock layout attached near the crankcase to centralize mass. Chassis and brake refinements, plus revised torque control systems, were part of the development that supported championship results for the factory team. The Valencia Edition references a period livery noted for white and red block patterns associated with Yamaha racing heritage.
The kit reproduces frame and engine forms typical of the YZR-M1, including a twin-tube delta box frame and an inline-4 engine block. Decals are printed by Cartograf to recreate the No.46 machine. Front and side fairings can be removed after assembly for display of the frame and engine. The kit uses synthetic rubber for front and rear tires and is delivered as a multi-part plastic assembly requiring painting and detailing.
