The real Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP was announced in 2019 as a road-going sportbike with strong circuit influence. It incorporates technologies derived from Honda's racing development, including a high-output, liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine and aerodynamic bodywork with internal winglets on the side fairings. The SP specification emphasizes suspension and electronic features intended to enhance track-capable handling while remaining usable on the road.

Model description and detailing are presented with a focus on visual fidelity rather than assembly. The finished model reproduces the bike's aerodynamic fairings and internal winglet form. The high-performance liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine is represented with visible detail, and small components such as bolts, the sprocket, and the chain are rendered.
