The newest LaFerrari R/C automobile is fitted on new Tamiya TB-04 chassis platform. The TB-04 is a 1/10 scale 4WD machine that includes a drive-shaft down the center of the chassis to interact the front and back gearboxes. The differentials in the gearboxes are newly created while they use a sealed gear differential system whereby the inner gears movement is controlled by different viscosity differential liquids. The double-wishbone suspension system system uses equivalent "short reversible" kind that's been applied to the TB-03, TA-05 variation II, TA-06 while the TRF (Tamiya rushing Factory) 416 and 417 World Championship machines. The TB-04 also contains "IFS" (inboard front suspension) whereby leading shocks are positioned horizontally and low on framework, so low profile sports vehicle human body shapes may be accurately reproduced without losing any practical scale look such as the LaFerrari.
Product Notice
The TB-04 instruction manual was revised to address an issue because of the alignment for the primary prop shaft towards the backside gear field. By following set up procedure in the addendum the positioning issue is relieved. Note: the automobile has to be driven to seat all the going components for optimum effectiveness. The amended actions inside addendum influence actions 3-8 in both the TB-04 Pro kit plus the standard TB-04 framework.
