The P-47D Thunderbolt, famously known as the "Razorback" due to its distinctive fuselage shape, played a pivotal role during World War II. Armed with eight 12.7mm machineguns, the Thunderbolt was a formidable force, often escorting Allied bombers on raids over Germany.
