Lightweight 2mm foam sheet for RC models

This 2mm foam board is an RC-scale construction material supplied as a pack of four sheets in B4 format. The sheet has a smooth face that accepts cutting, trimming and adhesive bonding without heavy sanding, making it suitable where low weight and easy shaping matter in models.

Use cases in RC modelling include internal buoyancy panels, lightweight structural infill and simple airframe shaping for scale aircraft models. The board’s lightness helps keep component mass low while providing a workable surface for glue and paint.

For attachment, use a model-grade PVA or contact adhesive recommended for foam such as Tamiya Craft Bond, and avoid solvent-based adhesives that may damage the foam. Cut with a sharp hobby knife and support the sheet on a flat cutting mat to keep edges square.
