The prominent figure associated with the R/C vehicle growth was the Buggy Champ that has been first released in 1979. 2009 saw Tamiya re-release the Buggy Champ to celebrate it's 30th year anniversary. In this, the framework was finely tuned while keeping the first top features of the framework particularly the unique front double trailing arms and back torsion bar suspension system. Tamiya has become proud to release an eye-catching silver colored human body variation for the Buggy Champ.
