Rear adjustable spring damper for BBX

This aftermarket rear shock assembly is produced for the TAMIYA 1/10 BBX BB-01 platform and supplied by GPM as model BBX090R. It is an RC-scale replacement hop-up designed to sit in the rear damper area and provide adjustable spring preload via the top spring retainer.

The kit uses 7075 aluminum for the main damper housing and includes two rear dampers plus spare silver springs. The original-style black spring is used on the supplied dampers, and a silver spring option is provided that is 0.1mm thicker in wire diameter for a firmer feel when swapped in.

Adjustment is mechanical and straightforward: change preload with the top spring retainer to vary effective spring rate, allowing tuning of rear balance and rebound characteristics on the BBX BB-01 chassis without modifying the shock body itself.

Use these dampers to replace or upgrade the BBX BB-01 rear shock units when you need a durable 7075 aluminum body and simple preload adjustment; follow existing mount points and retain stock geometry for straightforward installation.
