Center drive shaft for CC01

This is an adjustable center drive shaft made for TAMIYA CC01 scale models, supplied by GPM as SCC037SAL. The assembly combines steel components with an aluminum 6061 T shaft body to balance strength and reduced rotating mass for the model drivetrain.

The part uses a steel wire ring to secure screw fittings and help keep fasteners in position during use. The outer shaft is aluminum for lower weight while the internal steel elements provide wear resistance at load points. Length can be set from 138mm to 145mm to suit small chassis setup changes.

Use this shaft when you need a replaceable, tunable center drive element on CC01 builds, for drivetrain alignment or when swapping other drivetrain ratios and parts that change prop shaft spacing. This is an RC-scale accessory only, intended for model use.
