This is an RC-scale aluminum battery upper mount designed for the Tamiya CC02 Mercedes-Benz G500 chassis, supplied as an aftermarket part by GPM CC20127. The mount is intended to secure the battery pack and assist passive heat dissipation while fitting the CC02 battery area.

The part is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to provide a balance of lightweight structure and tensile strength, and features a patterned surface that helps spread heat away from the battery surface. The package includes the aluminum upper mount and the small stainless steel fasteners required for attachment.

Installation is intended to reuse the chassis' existing battery mounting points, fastening the mount with the supplied screws. Once fitted, the mount reduces battery movement under acceleration or on uneven terrain and helps manage pack temperature through conductive cooling to the aluminum piece.
