Front gearbox upgrade and fitment

This 21pcs aluminum front gearbox set is an aftermarket replacement designed for the Tamiya CC02 MERCEDES-BENZ G500 chassis, supplied by GPM (CC2012).

The set replaces the plastic front gearbox and associated mounting hardware with machined aluminum components made from 6061-T6, intended to reduce flex and maintain alignment under load, helping stabilise the front differential and front axle mount points for suspension links and knuckle arms.

High machining accuracy in the parts aims to reduce internal play, and included king pins lower friction inside the C hub assembly to aid smoother steering response. The kit groups gearbox housings with necessary fasteners for direct replacement of the stock front assembly.

Use this kit when replacing worn front gearbox parts or when seeking a firmer front-end feel; installation replaces the stock front gearbox and hardware and works with standard CC02 steering and suspension components.
