Overview

This JAZRIDER JR-LB08-GU assembly replaces the stock servo saver and tie rods on Tamiya CW-01 (Lunch Box) scale RC chassis with aluminium components designed for workshop tuning and track use.

The kit combines a 25T spline hi-torque servo saver with matching aluminium tie rods to provide a firmer mechanical link between the servo and steering knuckles. In practice this reduces flex under load and helps keep steering geometry consistent during cornering and repeated runs.

Installation is straightforward for hobbyists familiar with the Lunch Box layout: remove the original saver and tie rods, fit the aluminium saver onto the servo spline, and attach the tie rods to the steering arms using the existing ball studs or links. Check servo spline alignment and steering endpoints during setup to avoid binding.

Tuning notes: the aluminium tie rods allow stable toe and trim adjustments, and the metal saver preserves servo feedback while offering higher torsional resistance than many stock plastic parts.
