This is an aluminium front upright designed for the Tamiya DT-03 RC chassis, offered by JAZRIDER as model JR-DT306-BK. As an RC-scale replacement hop-up, it replaces the stock plastic upright to change front-end stiffness and steering response without altering the vehicle's basic geometry.

The upright serves as the steering knuckle and wheel hub mount, carrying the wheel hex and linking to the steering linkage and lower suspension components. Using aluminium instead of standard plastic increases structural rigidity at the mounting points and can yield a more direct steering feel on paved surfaces and controlled layouts.

Installation is straightforward for builders familiar with DT-03 components: remove the stock uprights, transfer any wheel hexes and bearings, and fit the JAZRIDER aluminium uprights using the original mounting points and screws. Verify steering ball link geometry and wheel clearance after installation, and confirm that the舵機 horn and tie-rod travel are unobstructed.

For tuning purposes, this part is primarily a durability and feedback upgrade: it resists deformation under load better than plastic, which helps maintain toe and camber settings under aggressive inputs. It does not change inherent suspension geometry, so basic shock and ride-height adjustments remain the primary tuning methods.
