This RC-scale accessory is built for the TAMIYA DT-03 chassis and combines an aluminum hi-torque 25T servo saver with a matched aluminum tie rod set to move steering from plastic hardware to metal components.
The aluminum servo saver uses a 25T spline interface and is intended to sit between the servo output and the steering linkage to protect the servo while providing a firmer steering feel. The tie rods replace stock linkages to reduce flex and allow finer toe and steering geometry adjustments during setup.
Installation notes: fit the saver onto the servo spline and secure it following your DT-03 steering assembly points, set tie rod lengths evenly to establish neutral toe, and verify full travel for binding. During tuning, small adjustments to tie rod length change toe and steering center without altering other suspension geometry.
