Front Knuckle Arms for TAMIYA Models

This RC-scale front knuckle arm set is designed for TAMIYA Hornet, Grasshopper, Fast Attack, Wild One, F104 and F103 models and serves as a direct aluminium replacement for the stock front uprights. Machined from light blue anodized aluminum, the parts focus on providing a rigid mounting point for the steering linkages while keeping visual parity with common TAMIYA bodywork.

Installation notes: the uprights use the same mounting points as the original parts so basic disassembly of the front suspension and steering linkage is required. Verify orientation and thread engagement for the steering ball studs and wheel hexes, and reuse factory hardware unless it shows wear. Tighten fasteners to suit your chassis setup and confirm full steering throw both directions before running.

Tuning role: swapping plastic uprights for aluminum reduces flex at the steering pivot which can make steering response feel firmer and more consistent under load. Use these uprights when you need predictable steering geometry during setup, but expect to adjust toe or steering link lengths to restore preferred handling balance after fitment.

They are always happy to help, I have spent thousands here and so not one glitch like this shop will like to go and visit there one day
Compatible with Hornet, Grasshopper, Fast Attack, Wild One, F104 and F103 as listed, intended as direct-fit front uprights for those models.
The uprights are aluminum with a light blue anodized finish intended to resist surface wear and provide a consistent mounting surface.
In most cases factory screws and ball studs can be reused but inspect for wear and replace any damaged fasteners before final assembly.
