This RC-scale front upright is a red anodized aluminum replacement part engineered for TAMIYA Hornet, Grasshopper, Grasshopper II, Fast Attack Vehicle, Wild One, F104 and F103 chassis. It is intended as a direct-fit upgrade to the stock front steering knuckle area on the listed models, retaining the original mounting geometry while replacing the factory material with aluminum for a firmer interface.

Installation is oriented toward model-level maintenance: remove the stock upright, transfer any existing hinge pins or bushings that the chassis requires, and fit the JAZRIDER upright to the factory mounting points. No additional modifications to the chassis should be necessary when the part is used on the specified models, but check clearance for steering linkages and brake link routing during fit-up.

From a tuning perspective this aluminum upright provides a more rigid connection at the steering knuckle, which can reduce flex under load and make steering response crisper compared with stock nylon components. Use it as part of a balanced setup alongside appropriate tires, shocks, and toe/camber adjustments to refine front-end feedback and handling characteristics on paved or packed surfaces.
